Once everything is configured, you can start creating the hair passports for your customers. To do this, navigate to “Customers” and then click on “Add Passport”.
From that point on, you will need to fill in the Name and Email address of the customer (this will not be needed when editing a passport). You will then see an extensive list of selection boxes with all the earlier configured values and then select the values that only apply to this specific customer.
After creating the passport, your customer will receive an email from us on behalf of your company with login instructions and login details. When the customer logs in, they will see an extensive documentation that applies to them!
